Frontier BV is a distributor, this means you can't order products before you have completed the partner signup with us. This webshop is therefore only intended for existing Peplink Partners.

When you are are registered Peplink Partner and and you have signed up for the webshop, there are two different payment options:

1) Prepayment: With this payment option, one pays in advance. When the payment is received, the product will be shipped. When you have made your order, we will review this and send you an invoice with payment details.

Normally you will receive your Pro-Forma invoice within 2 hours (during office hours) after you have made your order. When the payment is received or proof of payment is shown, we will pack and ship the ordered products as soon as possible.

If you need to have the products shipped on the same day, place an order, and send us an email to [email protected] with your order number. Please mention you would like to have the products shipped today, so we can create the Pro-Forma invoice directly. After this send us proof of payment again to [email protected] so we can ship the products on the same day.

 2) Net-Terms payment: Once a payment agreement is in place, orders can be placed using the webshop without any additional steps. After an order is placed in the webshop, it will be processed within 1 hour (during office hours) and shipped the same day. At the end of the working day you will receive an invoice with the agreed payment term.
